Hello to the few.
One or two things. Firstly, have you checked out X-Men Days Of Future Past yet? Wow. Seriously. What a movie. I loved it and everyone else I've spoken to seems to have too. I really wanna see Godzilla.... but I really wanna see that again too. But how bloody expensive it it to go to the cinema these days? The price of one ticket in our local could get you two months subscription to LoveFilm or Netflix. Shocking.
Secondly, check out HoytSilva's kickstarter book here www.kickstarter.com/projects/1… He asked if I'd put the word about and it looks a good 'en. I have no idea how kickstarter works but I gather you donate to get a project off the ground, so, do what you will. You have to admire anyone who wants to put one of these together. I can't imagine anything I'd wanna try to put out there. I'm a boring old fart and just want to get my garden finished, ha ha.
Lastly, I've been a bit quiet on here lately because I'm up to my eyeballs with work on a new series I'm doing. Very fun imaginative work. I'll post bits on here but I'm only at rough stage at the mo. The first two need to all be done before my wedding in early August. Yikes! Need to get those coins in.
Off now. Catch ya later.

I'm ba-aaack...
Hello to the few.
I'm back. Back again. Guess who's back. Tell a friend. etc.
Sorry I've been away for a stint. Between the full time bloody big series I've just completed for a reputable and well paying publisher, being a full time dad, full time home maker (!) and so on, I've not had time to work on ANYTHING for myself. At all. So many ideas, zip time to do 'um. My paid work has been / still is under embargo so I've just lurked in the shadows watching dA like an pencil-fondling Quasimodo. So I've popped something on here today for any of you who still keep and eye out or even give half a crap.
Here's to adding more in the future going on
T-Shirts to be bought
Hello dA.
Have you ever wanted one of my pieces of work on a t-shirt? I can't imagine why anyone would, but if you do, you can find one here http://www.teefury.com/fantastic
The good people at TeeFury.com emailed last week and asked if they could use one of my pics on a t-shirt. I liked the idea and then they told me I'd get a bit of a kickback, which sealed the deal. It's milk money for my baby so pay up ya bastards.
Hope you like / buy.
Cheers
Carlos
Cintiq or Huion?
Could anyone help with a bit of tech advise?
I really need to buy a drawing tablet that I can draw directly onto the screen for work and with a baby on the way, there's no way I could justify shelling out over £1000 for one.
I'm currently eying up the Huion GT 220 and the Wacom Cintiq 13HD, which both come in at around £550.
If anyone has used both, which do you honestly think would be the better purchase out of the two?
Cheers!
Los Angeles Mi Amor
Hi Guys.
Hope you're enjoying 2015 so far.
I've got a bit of a favour to ask of you. Do any of you know of anyone on deviantArt, or elsewhere, who is a photographer of the Los Angeles area? Just, like, a resident of the area who just takes consistent, intimate, urban, lovely photographs of the day to day life of Los Angeles and / or the surrounding cities and areas.
For a bit of context, I live in a damned dreary part of the world. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful area with mountains, valleys, beaches, forests and castle ruins etc... It's just the weather here on the Clwydian Range is dire. Rainy and windswept and not conductive to upb

Days of Future Past was very cool movie indeed. Almost exactly what I hoped to see. How good is Michael Fassbender?
I saw Godzilla last weekend, and I have to say I also had fun. It's not at Days of Future Past level, but it was very entertaining and definitely a great approach to the character. I enjoyed it, I don't think it was a waste of money to see it at the cinema. It's worth to see on the big screen to see Godzilla roaring in all his glory
